New SIW Waterwheels Resource

The Teacher Learning Center announces the launch of a new teacher resource that supplements the engineering curriculum content of the SIW PBU simple machines section. This interactive, multimedia presentation explains the engineering principles behind the waterwheels found at the Saugus Iron Works. The waterwheels presentation includes five quiz questions that provide immediate student feedback. Special thanks go out to Andrew Mueller, the Tufts University GK-12 intern, who developed the resource as part of his work at the Ferryway school. Thanks also goes to Adobe(formerly Macromedia) for providing Breeze server support. http://mm.eduadvisory.breezecentral.com/waterwheels
